The Senior Data Analyst, Supply at SeatGeek plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company's marketplace by analyzing and optimizing supply-side dynamics. In this role, the analyst will collaborate closely with the Supply, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and implement analytics strategies that support business objectives. Key responsibilities include guiding seller policy decisions, working directly with Client Success and Entertainment teams to maximize partnership value, and equipping account managers with data-driven insights to strengthen seller relationships. The analyst will also conduct exploratory analyses to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of measurement frameworks and reporting tools.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, preferably within tech, e-commerce marketplaces, or consumer products. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets are essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to translate complex analyses into actionable insights. A systems-thinking mindset and experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms are also important.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $108,000 to $157,000 USD per year, along with equity options. Additional benefits encompass a flexible work environment, unlimited paid time off, up to 16 weeks of fully paid family leave, 401(k) matching, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, and a wellness stipend. SeatGeek also offers up to $25,000 towards family building and reproductive health services, as well as gender-affirming care support.
