Senior Data Analytics Engineer
Experian is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Global Internal Audit (GIA) team. This role focuses on enhancing data-driven audit testing through the development of curated datasets and self-serve applications. Experian is a global data and technology company operating across various markets, including financial services, healthcare, automotive, and insurance.
The Senior Data Analytics Engineer will be responsible for identifying, integrating, and operationalizing new data sources into the GIA Data Analytics environment. Key duties include running data quality checks, developing scheduled data preparation routines, and maintaining an organized data analytics library. Additionally, the role involves managing the GIA Data Analytics AWS platform and mentoring Data Analysts and Internal Audit teams on data utilization.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a similar role and hold a degree with high technical content. Proficiency in connecting to diverse data sources through APIs and SQL databases, as well as expertise in data processing and automation using Python, is essential. Experience with AWS or Azure services and knowledge of internal audit workflows are also required. Familiarity with AI technologies is advantageous.
