Proficiency in SQL for large-scale data analysis is essential, with experience in Snowflake being advantageous. Familiarity with healthcare claims data and common quality patterns is required. The role also demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
