Additionally, they produce executive-ready reports and dashboards that distill complex analyses into concise, decision-oriented narratives. Designing measurement plans to evaluate new growth initiatives and validating assumptions over time are also key aspects of the role. Ensuring high standards of data validation and accuracy for analyses presented to senior leadership is paramount.
The ideal candidate brings over six years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied quantitative roles, with a proven track record of influencing business decisions through data. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and validation is essential. Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills are required, including the ability to assess trade-offs and challenge assumptions when necessary. Practical experience with statistical analysis and experiment design applied to real-world business problems is also important.
