Senior Data Strategy Consultant (Mensch)
As a Senior Data Strategy Consultant, you will develop and implement data strategies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to realize data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility is to maximize the value of clients' data assets while maintaining consumer trust and adhering to data privacy regulations.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of data strategies for clients' media activities, focusing on first-party data strategies, data partnerships, and data enablement. You will work with clients to devise strategies for collecting, storing, and activating first-party data, ensuring consumer trust and data privacy. Additionally, you will identify suitable data assets in the market to enrich clients' data and oversee their onboarding across innovative platforms and media activation channels. Supporting clients in integrating available data signals into media and creative strategies throughout the planning and activation process is also a crucial part of your role. Collaboration with AdTech managers on operational AdTech projects, providing strategic insights and client background, is expected. Staying updated on industry trends, innovations, and new technologies to offer thought leadership and perspectives on the evolving data and MarTech landscape is essential.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration, computer science, or a related technical field. A minimum of three years' experience in media data strategies and/or activation of biddable media (search, social, programmatic) and AdTech is required. A solid understanding of data privacy regulations, best practices in data activation, and digital marketing strategies is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to lead data strategy projects and collaborate effectively, are necessary. Familiarity with MarTech solutions and data management platforms (CDPs, CRM) is advantageous. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
