As a Senior Delivery Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives, addressing complex hiring and talent challenges. You will develop and execute engagement strategies, oversee the entire delivery process from initiation to steady state, and manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Karat's services. Additionally, you will monitor account health, identify potential risks, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as delivery, engagement management, or consulting, with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships, particularly with enterprise accounts. Experience in leading cross-functional teams through influence, operating with executive stakeholders, and identifying expansion opportunities is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for client engagements are also required.
