Senior Design Engineer

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our design and engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-enabled platform, which transforms complex, data-dense workflows into intuitive user experiences for public safety organizations and government agencies.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated yet delightful user interactions, building a wide spectrum of layouts and visuals using markup and styles, and developing dynamic interactions with springs and sequences. Collaborating closely with designers and engineers, you will influence the Peregrine product and deliver impactful software to frontline workers.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams, strong technical proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and expertise in managing and executing across multiple variables, including user needs, product goals, and design details. Additionally, the candidate should be located in San Francisco and open to working in the office.
