The Senior Director of Business Transformation at Aderant is a strategic operations leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide process innovation through AI and emerging technologies. This role partners directly with the CEO and CFO to reimagine core operations, optimize organizational effectiveness, and embed an AI-first mindset across the business. A natural change agent, the Senior Director will lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize systems, elevate performance, and increase agility at scale.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing a transformation roadmap that reduces manual effort and embeds intelligent, tech-enabled processes across the enterprise. The role involves translating executive priorities into scalable operational models powered by automation and intelligent systems, as well as leading the identification and evaluation of high-impact use cases for AI across departments such as services, support, finance, and marketing. Additionally, the Senior Director will serve as the business lead for AI solution development and rollout, working in partnership with the office of the CTO, and establish governance for AI initiatives, including responsible use, risk frameworks, and cost-benefit tracking.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, transformation, or enterprise strategy within a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment, along with experience driving AI, Machine Learning, and other technology initiatives. Proven success leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complex change is essential. High emotional intelligence and executive presence are required to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value. A bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations, as well as workflow automation technology and modern analytics tools, is also important.
