Senior Director, Communications and Public Relations
Huntress is seeking a Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations to lead and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and positions Huntress as a defining voice in cybersecurity. This role involves close collaboration with the C-suite and various teams to craft narratives that highlight Huntress' security expertise, human-plus-AI innovation, and the proficiency of its team and community.
The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and implementing both short- and long-term communication strategies as Huntress scales toward an IPO. Key responsibilities include building an investor relations program, managing global agency relationships, and leading a team of PR and communications professionals. The role also encompasses establishing a speaker bureau, developing strategic narratives, overseeing crisis communications planning, and supporting corporate communications and employment brand strategy.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in developing communications, press, and analyst relations programs that deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who leads by example, possesses strong media acumen, and has a proven track record of orchestrating narratives across various media channels. Experience in managing proactive and reactive PR strategies across North America and international regions is essential.
The compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $210,000 to $225,000, along with bonus and equity options. Huntress offers a remote work environment, providing flexibility and support for its employees.
