The Senior Director, Global Marketing at Mineralys Therapeutics will lead the development and execution of the company's ex-U.S. commercial strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping global market strategies, ensuring alignment with U.S. objectives, and optimizing long-term global revenue potential. Key responsibilities include leading global market identification, prioritization, and segmentation across key geographies. The role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored by geography and indication, defining optimal pathways to market entry, and partnering closely with Clinical and Regulatory teams to shape development programs that align with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position requires influencing clinical study design to maximize global commercial opportunities and collaborating with Market Access to evaluate pricing and reimbursement dynamics across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including global or ex-U.S. marketing, with demonstrated success in multi-market strategy development and execution. Strong experience in chronic disease markets, particularly cardiovascular, is preferred. The role demands exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, a deep understanding of global reimbursement systems and health technology assessment bodies, and the ability to navigate complex trade-offs between global and U.S. commercial strategies. Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence skills are essential, along with the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, emerging biotech environment.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $265,000, along with standard company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k) plan. Participation in Mineralys incentive plans is contingent on the achievement of personal and company performance goals. The role requires up to 20% travel, frequently outside the local area and overnight.
