Senior Director, Marketing Operations

Atlas HXM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing Operations to lead the technology, automation, digital platforms, analytics, and operational processes that power our global marketing organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Growth Marketing, this role will build and optimize the infrastructure that enables Marketing to operate efficiently, deliver strong digital experiences, and connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong technical and operational expertise and is equally comfortable advising executives, leading transformation, and turning technology and data into measurable business impact.
