Senior Engineering Lab Technician

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm dedicated to building and investing in rapidly scalable, technology-led companies across healthcare, cyber, and national security sectors. The Senior Engineering Lab Technician will join the IVR team, focusing on Engineering Validation Test (EVT) and Design Validation Test (DVT) processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that integrated voltage regulator products meet performance, reliability, and readiness standards.

The technician will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to verify compliance with product requirements and specifications. Daily tasks include hardware bring-up, debugging, and characterization of evaluation boards and system platforms. The role also involves automating measurements, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve validation processes.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in test engineering, validation engineering, or hardware development. Strong hands-on experience with bench testing, hardware debugging, and a solid understanding of power electronics and analog circuits are essential.
