Harness is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth by acquiring enterprise clients and expanding our market presence. Harness is a leading AI Software Delivery Platform company dedicated to accelerating software delivery through automation and intelligence.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, accurately forecasting sales, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales engineering and sales development to ensure client success. Utilizing data-driven approaches and tools like Salesforce will be essential in tracking progress and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, with strong account planning and execution skills. Experience in selling to C-level executives across both IT and business units is crucial. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, along with proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, are highly valued. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

This remote position is based out of Minneapolis, MN. Harness offers a competitive salary with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $325,000, comprehensive healthcare benefits, flexible time off, and various programs to support employee well-being and professional growth.
