Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Space Technology (Texas)
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Space Technology at Fictiv is a pivotal role focused on engaging with leading satellite communications and aerospace companies to source precision-manufactured components. This position is based in Austin, Texas, and is integral to Fictiv's mission to simplify sourcing for custom manufacturing. In this role, the Senior Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise targets, managing a defined portfolio of high-value accounts. Responsibilities include identifying manufacturing pain points across various production stages, translating technical manufacturing challenges into business value, and leading cross-functional deal orchestration. The executive will also build executive-level relationships and account expansion pathways, own commercial strategy, negotiation, and closing, and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.
Candidates should have at least eight years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of five years selling complex technical solutions to enterprise or strategic accounts. A background in space technology or the satellite industry is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in long-cycle, consultative sales environments, experience in closing and expanding six and seven-figure annual contract value opportunities, and familiarity with multiple functions in decision-making, including engineering, procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
