Job Summary
Hiring a Lawyer for supporting the Sports Legal Team

* Key Responsibilities
Good legal understanding for reviewing and interpreting complex contracts (especially sports media rights agreements and slot sale agreements) and advising/ analyzing/summarizing relevant provisions from the same.
Working on Tender/media rights documents issued for acquiring media rights of sports properties.
Assistance for operational related queries posed by business team and conducting rights analysis from time to time.
Ability to assist in extremely time-sensitive, high value, crucial special projects including complex sports media rights bids, AI related activations etc.
Summarizing relevant provisions in various sports-related agreements and help in maintaining online software trackers.
Drafting and ability to navigate all types of contracts including talent, endorsement, agency, sub-licensing, distribution, ad sales and other service level/operational agreements and collaboration with business teams for the same.
Ability to collaborate both internally and externally including with other legal teams and business/operational teams and advising them on a day to day basis on several legal matters.
Good legal knowledge and experience in contract laws; Intellectual Property Rights (IPR including copyright etc.) laws, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) related developments.
