As the Senior Global Integrated B2B Marketing Manager for Wolt for Work, you will lead the marketing strategy for one of Wolt's key B2B business units. This role involves translating business objectives into clear priorities, compelling narratives, and focused go-to-market execution across multiple markets. You will act as the primary marketing lead for Wolt for Work, collaborating closely with global and local product and commercial stakeholders to drive growth and market presence.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive global integrated marketing strategy aligned with business, product, sales, and regional priorities. You will coordinate with specialized B2B marketing functions such as product marketing, content, paid media, lifecycle, events, creative, brand, and PR to create cohesive go-to-market programs. Additionally, you will manage selected global and market-level initiatives from problem definition to delivery and impact measurement, ensuring focus on high-impact opportunities and shaping the Wolt for Work narrative in the market.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in integrated B2B marketing within complex, fast-paced, or multi-market environments. A strong cross-functional marketing background with hands-on understanding of demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle, content, and brand is essential. Strategic and commercial acumen, confidence to challenge assumptions constructively, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations are key. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build trust with senior stakeholders, and strong analytical skills are also required. Fluency in both German and English at a C2 level is necessary, and experience in SaaS, platforms, or multi-product B2B businesses is a strong plus.
