The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at GoGuardian serves as a strategic advisor to leaders within assigned business verticals, providing high-caliber support to enhance managerial capabilities and drive business outcomes. This role combines deep expertise in employment law, people programs, and HR operations with strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills. The HRBP builds trusted relationships with managers, offering timely, solution-oriented guidance and empowering them to make data-informed decisions on engagement, performance, succession planning, and team health.

Key responsibilities include providing high-level customer service to managers, supporting complex personnel matters, delivering employee relations support, and recommending HR process improvements. The Senior HRBP will also create training programs and maintain team documentation to align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves identifying HR-related risks, developing familiarity with tools and policies, and holding managers accountable for People Team priorities and processes.

Candidates should possess 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership. Hands-on experience across employee relations, organizational design, and talent planning is essential. Preferred qualifications include HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) and a BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field. An advanced understanding of federal and state employment laws and deep familiarity with policies within the employee handbook are also required.

The typical base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by factors such as primary work location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
