Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst | Corp IT
Wellhub is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our Corporate IT team in Brazil. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within the country. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing modern work and cloud solutions, focusing on server infrastructure and the strategic integration of AI. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining a secure, efficient, and accessible technology environment that supports Wellhub's mission to revolutionize workplace wellness.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable and secure IT solutions across platforms such as Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune. You will lead the strategy for identity lifecycle management, automating processes like "Joiner, Mover, Leaver" (JML) and SCIM provisioning for integrated applications. Additionally, you will develop custom scripts and API-driven workflows to automate software packaging, deployment, and user lifecycle management, while proactively executing our cloud roadmap and integrating AI solutions to optimize IT efficiency and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and implementing cloud/server infrastructure within Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune environments. Advanced knowledge of identity governance and user lifecycle management is essential, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell. A solid understanding of cloud computing models, security measures, and governance across various platforms is required. Experience in integrating AI solutions to enhance IT operations and user experience will be highly valued.
