Senior Lawyer Commercial
Delivery Hero, a leading global local delivery platform, is seeking a Senior Lawyer Commercial to join their Commercial team in Barcelona, Spain. This role serves as a bridge between the company's Global Headquarters and the Spanish market, providing essential legal support to facilitate efficient business scaling. The position is full-time and operates on a hybrid working model.
In this capacity, the Senior Lawyer Commercial will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of commercial agreements, including partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and supplier contracts. The role also involves managing B2B and B2C Terms and Conditions, offering guidance on commercial, corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, and platform matters, and leading cross-functional legal initiatives. A strong business acumen and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are essential for success in this position.
Candidates should possess a Law degree, with a Master's degree (e.g., Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM, or a specialized corporate/commercial master's) and admission to the Spanish Bar being highly valued. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience is required, ideally gained through a combination of a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department within a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is mandatory, as the role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents in both languages.
