Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate - Real Estate

McCullough Robertson, a leading Australian law firm with a century-long history, is seeking a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Real Estate group in Brisbane. In this role, you will primarily handle acquisitions and disposals across commercial, industrial, and rural properties, conduct property due diligence, offer property-related advisory services, and manage leasing agreements for commercial, retail, industrial, and state land. Your diverse client base will include property trusts, private investors, ASX-listed companies, government entities, developers, not-for-profit organizations, and major landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate will possess between four and seven years of post-admission experience in property law, gained within a mid to large-sized commercial law firm. Strong technical abilities, including drafting and research skills, excellent communication, and the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively, are essential. A proactive approach to client service and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work are also required.
