Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, delivering product demonstrations, and designing technical validations to build customer confidence in Braze's capabilities. The consultant will also mentor team members, share best practices, and stay abreast of new Braze capabilities, including AI features such as AI Decisioning Studio and AI Content Optimizer. Additionally, the role involves some travel, up to 50% at peak times.

Candidates should possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and a high level of intellectual curiosity. Experience in pre-sales consulting or sales engineering is essential, along with domain knowledge in areas such as SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, or programming (including HTML).
