Senior Legal Counsel - Droit Social (F/H/NB) - Paris ou Carentoir (Bretagne)
Ubisoft, a global leader in video game development, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Social Law to join its legal team. This role is integral to providing timely and innovative legal solutions to various stakeholders, adopting an operational perspective. As a business partner to the HR teams and Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility departments, you will be at the heart of the group's human and structural challenges, offering expert and pragmatic advice that aligns with Ubisoft's culture and values.
In this position, you will collaborate with other legal professionals under the supervision of the Director of Legal, International Employment. Your daily responsibilities will include advising and supporting both headquarters and local teams on a variety of legal topics with significant multicultural implications. Staying informed about changes in the legal and HR landscape within the video game industry and other disruptive sectors that could impact human resources topics is also essential.
To succeed in this role, you should possess solid knowledge in labor law and have experience in similar positions within international contexts. A legal background in social law is required, along with a curiosity about foreign labor laws and practices, and a strong international legal culture. Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop positive and constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels are crucial. You should have precise legal analytical skills, excellent drafting abilities, and be extremely rigorous, with a positive mindset, intellectual creativity, adaptability, and the capacity to resolve issues based on risk analysis. Being agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced and demanding environment is essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary, as many of your interlocutors will be English-speaking.
