Corelight is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support for commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, including reviewing and negotiating customer, distribution, reseller, and business agreements. The Senior Legal Counsel will collaborate with various departments such as engineering, product management, customer success, finance, professional services, and sales to ensure legal compliance and support business growth.
