Additionally, the counsel will stay abreast of advancements in generative AI and LegalTech, proactively identifying and piloting new tools, and developing training sessions on the practical uses of AI in corporate legal practice.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to a U.S. State Bar, with California preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in a high-level Legal Operations role is required. Demonstrated experience in AI project work and AI agent management, along with proficiency in enterprise applications and familiarity with LegalTech product categories, are essential. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset are also critical for success in this role.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $210,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, vision insurance, and dental insurance.
