Senior Legal Counsel

Samsara is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its European Legal team, focusing on supporting the company's growth across the region. This role involves collaborating with various departments to manage complex commercial matters, including negotiating and finalizing strategic agreements with customers, partners, and vendors. The position is based in London, United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities include developing and refining scalable workflows for commercial contracting, drafting and improving form agreements, and building contracting tools and processes. The role also offers opportunities to support adjacent legal workstreams such as privacy, employment, regulatory, corporate, product, and compliance matters, by proactively identifying and addressing complex risks and designing cross-functional processes that enable swift business operations while managing exposure.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house position in the United Kingdom, with a strong background in European commercial contracting. Outstanding interpersonal skills for clear communication, both written and verbal, are essential. The candidate should be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales, based in the United Kingdom, preferably close to London. A law degree from a top university with strong academic credentials is required.
