We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel focused on product and marketing compliance, data protection, IP, and regulatory compliance in the USA, EU, and UK.

As the SKELAR Legal Risks & Compliance team, we build the foundation that enables our businesses to scale quickly and with minimal risk. We handle compliance in numerous jurisdictions, resolve complex cases, and provide top-level legal partnership.

Your impact

In this role, you will:

- Identify potential risks in consumer protection, data privacy, and IP in tier-1 jurisdictions: the USA, EU, and UK.

- Develop practical legal solutions to protect SKELAR interests and support business objectives.

- Partner with business teams — marketing, product, engineering, finance — to implement comprehensive compliance programs and facilitate informed decision-making.

- Build new and enhance existing legal processes to proactively manage risks.

- Provide support for businesses in regulatory investigations and dispute resolution processes.
