Senior Localization Engineer, Applied AI

Tenable, Inc., a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Senior Localization Engineer, Applied AI, to enhance their multilingual delivery infrastructure. This pivotal role combines strategic architectural leadership with hands-on expertise in multilingual content engineering, system integration, and workflow automation. The position is based in London, UK, and reports to the Senior Director of Globalisation.

In this role, you will lead the transition from automated to AI-driven localization processes, focusing initially on product user interfaces. You will extend AI-led workflows across various content areas, including online documentation and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to global content delivery. Additionally, you will define technical best practices, establish system hygiene norms, and develop engineering documentation to support the team's initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess an AI-forward mindset, with hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into engineering workflows. Proficiency in designing event-driven, API-first translation infrastructures and a strong understanding of internationalization and localization engineering are essential. Experience with translation management systems, CI/CD, and DevOps frameworks, along with strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or regular expressions, are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary range of €71,000 to €94,333.33 EUR annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation, such as bonuses, and a variety of wellness and financial benefits.
