Senior Low-Latency Trading Systems Engineer

Hyphen Connect is an innovative proprietary trading firm dedicated to developing cutting-edge algorithmic execution tools for the cryptocurrency markets. The Senior Low-Latency Trading Systems Engineer will focus on creating ultra-low-latency execution engines using C++ to enhance trading strategies and performance.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing advanced algorithmic trading systems with a focus on ultra-low-latency execution, optimizing and enhancing existing trading strategies and systems, collaborating with quantitative researchers and traders to implement new strategies, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining high-performance trading applications, and staying updated with the latest developments in crypto markets and high-frequency trading technologies.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in C++ or Rust programming, a strong background in high-frequency trading or market making, experience with low-latency system design and optimization, a solid understanding of algorithmic trading strategies and cryptocurrency markets, and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and perks.
