As a Senior Manager of Commercial Account Management at Motive, you will lead a team responsible for managing rapidly growing accounts that bridge the gap between small and mid-market businesses. Your team will focus on expanding and retaining customers who have outgrown the small business category but are not yet classified as mid-market. This role involves shaping and scaling a global commercial sales team through coaching and structured processes. While primarily remote, you will oversee Commercial Account Managers based in Pakistan (Islamabad or Lahore) and should be willing to travel periodically for strategic planning and in-person collaboration.

Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers focused on growing and retaining existing commercial accounts. You will set and optimize pipeline targets, ensuring that key performance indicators align with organizational and revenue objectives. Additionally, you will drive consistent execution of Motive’s sales methodologies, partner with sales operations to ensure CRM alignment, and guide your team on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing upsell or cross-sell deals within existing commercial accounts. Implementing disciplined pipeline planning and providing leadership with clear forecasts and trend analyses are also essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of international sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the US market. A minimum of two years of proven success in sales leadership, particularly in a tech or product-focused environment, is required. A strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures, exceptional contractual and negotiation skills, and proficiency in pipeline management are essential. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, along with a resourceful mentality adept at thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous market conditions, are also critical for success in this role.
