Senior Manager, AML/BSA Officer

Mission Lane is seeking a Senior Manager, AML/BSA Officer to lead the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Program. This role involves establishing and overseeing the company's second-line AML/BSA function as the bank charter becomes operational. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, the position requires a proactive individual capable of operating independently and serving as the primary point of contact for examiners and regulators on AML/BSA matters.
