As a Senior Manager Commerce (Mensch) Retail Media (Teilzeit) at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic client engagements within the Retail Media sector. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic client leadership for major accounts in the Retail Media domain, encompassing global communication and coordination with international stakeholders. You will oversee the planning, creation, and operational optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP. Additionally, you will develop and implement Retail Media advertising strategies on platforms of key retailers such as dm and Rossmann. Conducting campaign evaluations and analyses, deriving concrete optimization approaches, and leading regular client reviews will also be integral to your role. Managing assigned media budgets, including control, planning, and reporting, will be under your purview. Furthermore, your participation in various internal projects will allow you to actively shape our agency and the development of the Commerce sector.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in Retail Media or Performance Marketing, with a clear focus on Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads and DSP). Proficiency in tools such as Pacvue (or alternatives like Skai/Kenshoo) and preferably Helium10 is essential. A solid understanding of campaign management, optimization, annual strategy development, reporting, and data analysis is required. Demonstrated experience in client leadership and task delegation within a small team is crucial. Strong analytical skills and an excellent numerical understanding are necessary for effective data analysis. Professionalism in presenting complex topics in an understandable manner and fluency in both German and English are also expected.
