About the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing is a senior individual contributor role that owns consumer subscription growth for One Pass Select. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role owns the full consumer conversion journey, from eligible member to enrolled subscriber to retained subscriber.

This is a builder’s role. You will stand up the conversion engine for a business with millions of eligible members: the paid media strategy, the offer and promotion calendar, the funnel analytics and the test-and-learn roadmap that tells us what’s working and what to fund next. You’ll partner with Product Marketing on the brand and value story, and work with Marketing Operations to bring campaigns to market quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Own consumer paid media strategy and budget across acquisition, retention and promotion, including the channel mix and performance accountability

- Own promotional strategy including the annual promotion calendar, measurement of offer effectiveness and mechanics of new promotion setup.

- Own acquisition, retention and consumer engagement strategy across paid, lifecycle and owned channels

- Own conversion analytics and reporting, including blended CPA, channel efficiency, funnel conversion rates and subscriber retention

- Build and run a structured test-and-learn roadmap, translating results into media, offer and creative decisions
