Wolt is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Deals to join our Global Business and Corporate Development team. This team is responsible for crafting and executing complex partnerships across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, focusing on innovative commercial models that drive growth and enhance our consumer offerings. The role is pivotal in shaping Wolt's strategic direction through high-impact deals and collaborations.

In this position, you will identify and develop strategies to overcome growth challenges by originating commercial theses in partnership with Wolt leadership. You will structure unique, first-of-their-kind commercial partnerships tailored to ambiguous opportunities that do not fit standard templates. Leading high-stakes negotiations, you will represent Wolt with senior counterparts at global platforms and significant local market players. Additionally, you will align executive leadership by developing trusted relationships across Product, Finance, and Marketing to secure the necessary internal resources and commitment for complex deals. You will also work closely with Legal to refine and close agreements, ensuring terms serve as a de-risked roadmap for long-term execution and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex dealmaking, with a proven ability to close non-standard, high-impact deals within digital platforms, consumer marketplaces, or financial services. You should possess elite commercial judgment, demonstrating a track record of converting ambiguity into clear commercial models that both executives and technical teams can support. Mastery of negotiation is essential, with seasoned experience driving the full deal process from ideation to execution. Strong strategic stakeholder management skills are required to navigate sophisticated, multi-faceted organizations and align disparate internal views into a unified thesis. Executive presence is also crucial, with experience engaging directly with C-suite counterparts at global brands to drive results through high-level pattern recognition and relationship building.
