Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead the expansion of Fount, its product designed for independent lawyers and small law firms. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies to attract qualified customers, drive revenue, and foster lasting client relationships. The position reports to the Vice President overseeing Fount and collaborates with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Customer Acquisition, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Creative.
Key responsibilities include building a comprehensive understanding of the market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies. The role also involves planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, creating educational content for independent professionals, and optimizing conversion paths through experimentation. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee HubSpot architecture and automation, support product marketing and sales enablement, and implement closed-loop growth analytics to measure and refine marketing efforts.
Candidates should have experience in building B2B growth or demand generation programs linked to qualified pipeline and revenue. Proficiency in HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting, is essential. The ideal candidate will be capable of working across various marketing functions and executing priority initiatives effectively.
