The Senior Manager also analyzes business intelligence to inform initiatives, supports client service teams, and collaborates with marketing and recruiting leadership to develop messaging and strategies for lateral recruiting efforts. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing client development events and thought leadership initiatives.

Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in business development, preferably within a transactional environment. Strong business and marketing acumen, including the ability to leverage business intelligence and financial data, is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and experience with knowledge management systems, including CRM and experience management. Leadership experience, including guiding and mentoring a team, is also important.

Compensation for this position ranges from $167,000 to $220,000 annually, with additional compensation potentially including a discretionary bonus. The salary may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
