Senior Manager - Operations
CFS Solutions, a fintech company under the Banyan Software portfolio, is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead and enhance support, compliance, and people-operations systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in structuring workflows and administering core tools within a 13–14-person team. CFS Solutions specializes in ATM/ITM deposit automation, check imaging, and payment processing software for community banks and credit unions, operating in a compliance-driven environment.
The Senior Manager will partner with the CEO to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, build and maintain operational scorecards, and make informed decisions on tooling investments. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of support and administrative teams, designing structured support processes, and serving as the internal project manager for high-priority requests. Additionally, the role involves leading compliance processes for SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI, administering tools like Vanta for audit preparation, and staying current on banking regulations affecting operational readiness.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in operations, project management, or business systems within a B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services company, along with 3–5 years of direct people management experience. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, including workflow automation and reporting, is required. Expertise in compliance standards such as SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI is essential, with experience in platforms like Vanta being advantageous. Strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Jira are also important.
The position offers a base salary of $100,000 USD, with up to a 10% discretionary bonus. The role is remote, based in the United States, and requires minimal travel.
