Wpromote is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social with specialized expertise in TikTok Shop to lead and manage comprehensive paid social and commerce programs for a diverse client portfolio. This freelance role involves developing integrated media and commerce strategies, executing high-quality activations, and collaborating across teams to position TikTok Shop as a significant revenue-generating channel.
Key responsibilities include formulating full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives such as revenue growth and customer acquisition. The role also involves driving influencer and affiliate recruitment strategies, optimizing affiliate performance within TikTok Shop, and translating creative insights into testable commerce hypotheses. Additionally, the manager will inform teams on TikTok Shop best practices and oversee day-to-day campaign optimizations across various platforms.
Candidates must have over five years of paid media experience in agency or client environments, with direct hands-on management of TikTok Shop and Seller Center. Proficiency in building, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across major paid social platforms is essential. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools and a strong understanding of cross-channel attribution are also required. Attention to detail, systematic quality assurance habits, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
This is a 1099 freelance position with an expected commitment of approximately 40 hours per week for an initial three-month engagement, with potential for extension based on business needs. The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $40.00 to $50.00, depending on factors such as skill set, experience, and geographic location.
