The ideal candidate will possess 6–8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Equity, with specific experience in a public company environment, and at least 2 years in a Manager or Lead capacity. Advanced proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation is essential, along with a strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and job evaluation techniques. Experience with SEC reporting requirements and a solid grasp of corporate governance standards are also crucial.
