Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Services to lead the facilities strategy and in-office experience for their San Francisco headquarters, as well as oversee workplace operations in New York, Washington D.C., and emerging international offices. This high-impact leadership role ensures that Peregrine's offices reflect the professionalism, quality, and operational excellence that define the company. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the San Francisco office to maintain a polished and welcoming environment for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership. The role also involves managing in-office experiences and logistics, such as coordinating onsite meetings, executive visits, customer engagements, recruiting events, and team offsites. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead facilities operations and vendor management, including building management, janitorial services, security, food and beverage, office supplies, HVAC, maintenance, and service contracts, ensuring service quality and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office leadership roles within high-growth technology companies. Experience managing commercial leases and landlord relationships is essential, along with demonstrated experience overseeing distributed workplace or facilities teams. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills are required, as well as experience managing facilities budgets and driving cost efficiency. The candidate should possess strong attention to detail with a service-oriented and solutions-focused mindset and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, Finance, IT, People, and cross-functional teams. A willingness to work from the San Francisco office five days a week is also necessary.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $200,000 annually, along with benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
