Senior Marketing Systems Architect
The Senior Marketing Systems Architect at Huntress will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and output. This position involves close collaboration with various teams, including Marketing Operations, Brand, Web, Campaigns, Growth, and Field, to develop scalable workflows and integrate AI-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and deployment of AI agents and workflows to automate manual tasks, thereby accelerating deliverables to partners and customers. The role also entails architecting system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between tools such as AI agents, and HubSpot, reducing manual handoffs. Additionally, the architect will oversee the health and governance of marketing platforms, conduct regular audits, and proactively address any friction points to maintain optimal performance.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Deep technical expertise in work management platforms like Asana, or Jira is essential. A proven track record in developing and implementing AI-driven workflows that enhance team efficiency is highly desirable. Strong systems-thinking abilities, experience with integrating operational tools into broader go-to-market tech stacks, and the capability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
