Senior Media Buyer
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Media Buyer to join our National Media team. This role focuses on coordinating and maintaining Direct Response video and audio campaigns, while also handling operational tasks such as traffic requests, billing, and planning/research. The position ensures a constant flow of high-performing campaigns through collaboration with media team members and other departments within the marketing division.
Key responsibilities include negotiating and purchasing national Direct Response broadcast and cable activity, managing pre/post log sheets, order confirmations, and overseeing clearance issues. The role also involves handling billing and invoicing tasks, including requesting and collecting invoices, reconciling them, and resolving credits. Additionally, the Senior Media Buyer will monitor BVS airings, upload daily spend, update reporting pivots, manage traffic requirements, and oversee research and planning activities related to competitive campaigns and new case types.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Direct Response campaign management and hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising or marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required. The candidate should be collaborative, self-sufficient, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CORE, Primelingo, Kantar, and DRMetrix is preferred. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
