As a Senior Media Manager in the pharmaceutical industry at WPP Media, you will lead a team responsible for managing a major pharmaceutical client's media strategies. Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance are essential, as you will derive actionable insights from key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you will stay abreast of market dynamics and competitive landscapes to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities for your client. Managing and allocating the client's budget efficiently and maintaining a strong, trust-based relationship with the client are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer orientation, with experience in managing demanding clients and translating their needs into successful media strategies. Analytical proficiency is crucial, enabling you to handle complex data analyses and derive optimization recommendations based on relevant KPIs. Strategic acumen is necessary to understand intricate relationships and develop innovative, cross-channel media strategies that resonate with clients. Excellent communication skills are required to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. Prior experience in media consulting and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market's specificities and regulatory frameworks are highly desirable.
