Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to lead the development of high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. As the world's first licensed hybrid decentralized exchange (DEX), the company is on a mission to make wealth-building as natural as daily life by building a compliant, self-custodial platform for premium tokenized strategies. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the React Native architecture and contribute to delivering a seamless, high-performance trading experience.
The Senior Mobile Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining React Native applications, ensuring superior code quality, stability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include driving high-level architecture decisions, establishing coding standards, leading rigorous code reviews, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to mobile engineers. The role also involves collaborating closely with Product, Backend, Design, and QA teams to execute feature delivery from conception to deployment, as well as proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure a premium user experience.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of professional mobile development experience on iOS, Android, or both platforms, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining React Native applications in production environments. A strong background as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer with a track record of owning mobile code quality is essential. Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, memory management, and performance tuning, as well as proficiency with native tooling such as Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, and CocoaPods, are required. Experience integrating REST APIs, managing complex authentication flows, and ensuring secure data handling is also necessary.
