Senior NetOps Engineer

Bumble Inc. is seeking a Senior NetOps Engineer to maintain and enhance our global network infrastructure, ensuring stability, predictability, and security. This role is based in London and reports to the Head of Service Delivery.

The Senior NetOps Engineer will support our network infrastructure across multiple data centers and offices worldwide, participating in diagnostics and improvements, including configuration management and automation of routine tasks. Responsibilities also include contributing to cloud networking initiatives, collaborating with system engineers, managing IP address spaces, and ensuring network security. Participation in on-call shifts is required.

Candidates should have over three years of experience in Linux system engineering, preferably with rpm-based distributions like RHEL or CentOS. Advanced knowledge of network protocols (L1-L4, L7), experience with IS-IS and BGP routing protocols, and familiarity with Juniper devices (MX, SRX, QFX series) are essential. Proficiency in EVPN-VXLAN architecture, load balancing, packet filtering, cloud networking, and DOS/DDOS mitigation is also required.
