Senior Paralegal (Business Immigration)
Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal specializing in business immigration to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or from our Chicago office. As a key member of our legal team, you will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to streamline the immigration process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of employment-based visa applications.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the document intake process, reviewing materials for validity, and analyzing immigration statuses. You will draft case documents, statutory forms, and support letters for various non-immigrant visa (NIV) petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and E-3 visas. Additionally, you will monitor case activities using our advanced online case-tracking platform, respond promptly to requests for evidence, and coordinate with client support specialists to ensure seamless case processing.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, particularly in drafting complex NIV petitions. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word is required, along with a client-focused mindset and a collaborative team approach.
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
