The Senior Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist will be the first dedicated paralegal at Robust AI, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves managing corporate governance, overseeing contract lifecycle management, and supporting human resources and compliance functions. The specialist will serve as the central point of contact for legal requests, balancing internal business needs with coordination of external legal counsel. This position offers a unique opportunity to build scalable legal processes from the ground up and work closely with company leadership.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably within a high-growth technology startup or a combination of major law firm training and in-house experience. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency with modern SaaS tools, including contract management platforms, entity management software, equity management tools (e.g., Carta), and document collaboration spaces (e.g., Google Workspace), is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks independently, and strong, clear communication are essential.
