YipitData is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator to oversee US payroll operations and support benefits programs. This role involves managing payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring multi-state compliance, reconciling benefits invoices, and handling processes related to self-insured health plans. The position requires close collaboration with Finance, People Operations, ADP, and benefits partners, serving as the internal payroll subject matter expert while enhancing controls and scaling payroll and benefits operations as the company grows. This is a remote-friendly opportunity, with expectations for East Coast work hours.
