LiveKit's team is growing fast, in the US and around the world, and Finance is taking over payroll. You'll be the person who makes it run: every employee, every state, every country, every filing.
Most senior payroll roles hand you a well-oiled machine and ask you not to break it. This one asks you to build it. You'll own US and international payroll, set up the calendar and controls, assist with month end close, and be the internal expert on anything that touches a paycheck.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Payroll Specialist at LiveKit, you will:
- Run US and international payroll end to end, from collecting inputs to final reconciliation
- Own all associated payroll tax filings, domestic and international, and keep us compliant and on time
- Manage our PEO and EOR relationships, and know where their responsibility ends and yours begins
- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger each cycle and support month-end close
- Build and maintain our payroll calendar, processes, and documentation as payroll moves into Finance
