Senior People Operations Transformation Manager
Gong is seeking a Senior People Operations Transformation Manager to lead the redesign of core People workflows across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement. This role is pivotal in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, implementing technology-driven solutions, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the People Technology Team to evaluate and optimize tools, ensuring maximum efficiency and insight within the People function.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end redesign of People workflows, identifying and replacing manual processes with streamlined, tech-enabled solutions, and establishing metrics to track automation impact and productivity gains. The role also involves translating business requirements into functional design specifications for the People Technology team and developing comprehensive change management and adoption strategies for new processes.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in People Operations, HR Transformation, Systems, or Process Optimization, with direct experience designing global HR processes at scale. Proficiency in business process mapping tools and a deep understanding of Workday, including its business process framework, are essential. Strong change management skills and the ability to engage executive stakeholders effectively are also required.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $124,000 to $195,000 USD, with compensation based on factors unique to each candidate, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
