Senior Presentation Designer

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Presentation Designer within its Marketing Department to serve as the firm's primary presentation specialist and design team lead. This role collaborates closely with attorneys and marketing professionals to develop high-impact, visually compelling presentations that support client development and internal initiatives. The position may be based in the Columbia, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Raleigh office.

The Senior Presentation Designer will oversee workflow, mentor team members, and deliver client-ready materials. Responsibilities include partnering with attorneys and firm leadership to develop polished pitch presentations, proposals, and internal communications, designing and maintaining branded templates, and supporting broader marketing initiatives through graphic design, video, and photo editing. Managing multiple priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all deliverables is essential.

The ideal candidate brings advanced presentation design expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field and at least six years of relevant experience, including team leadership, are required. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced animation and custom template development, are essential. Experience with AI design tools and presentation-focused graphics is strongly preferred.
